2. What data we process
On the ByParker website we may process the following data:
- Technical and browsing data, such as pages visited, device type, browser, approximate country, interaction events and identifiers generated by Google Analytics, provided you accept analytics cookies.
- Data you voluntarily send by email, such as your email address, name if included, and message content.
The ByParker app is designed to save the car location on the user's device. According to the product information, that location is not sent to ByParker-owned servers.
3. Purposes
We process data to:
- Measure and improve the website through Google Analytics, only if you have given consent.
- Reply to email enquiries.
- Maintain the basic security, availability and operation of the site.
- Improve content, user experience and communication about ByParker.

5. Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics with measurement ID G-NKPT13LLC7. Google Analytics provides aggregated statistics about website usage.

6. Retention
Analytics data will be kept according to the Google Analytics configuration and while needed to measure and improve the website. Emails received will be kept for the time necessary to manage the enquiry and possible liabilities.
7. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with providers needed to operate the service, such as Google Analytics, hosting, email or technical service providers, always under applicable safeguards.
8. User rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@byparker.app.
You may also withdraw your analytics cookie consent from the cookie settings. If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
